Day 6: A Photo of An Animal You'd Love to Keep As A Pet

A pet? Oh this is is easy :) I've never had a pet, besides the tortoise that my sister and I saved at the park (it died :( we named him David, or was it Ollie? :P names that we got from Totally Spies).

I have not one, but a few animals that I'd like to keep as a pet but I'll let you know my favorite :) I want a lion.

This is Aslan (whom I admire and like a lot!), some of you might recognize him as the Great Lion or King from the Chronicles of Narnia. And in this GIF, he looks sorta scary and in the same time majestic. If I saw a lion up close (which I have at a zoo), I would be terrified because I know it's a ferocious predator in reality but really, it's beautiful and majestic image just makes me want to keep it as a pet. And if I ever had one, I don't think anyone would dare hurt me because I've got a lion as a pet! :D

Life would be so cool if I had a lion as a pet!

Another animal that I'd like to keep as a pet is a German Shepherd.
I'm actually allergic to dogs, when I'm up close with a dog, my nose gets itchy and I start to scrunch up my nose for a period of time, makes me look hilarious to watch :P I love dogs, I absolutely love the cute and pretty ones especially small newborn puppies!
But as I get older, having a protective and loyal one can be great as well, y'know like having a companion after all dogs are man's best friends. The downside in having a loyal dog is when it dies, you'll feel terrible and sad for a long time and then you'll have to do one of the hardest things in life, that is, move on :(

Dolphins are the cutest! I've loved these marine mammals since young, along with whales but I think dolphins will make a better pet. Considering the size of a whale, like where on earth will I put it? :P But I've always dreamed of having HUGE HUGE tanks in my backyard and a glass window in my study room where I can observe with the dolphins :)

Day 5: How Important You Think Education Is

I am back for Day 5! Surprisingly, I've noticed that I have been able to continuously post up this challenges...and I though I would be too busy to do so :P

Today's topic is How Important I Think Education Is

Honestly, just reading the word 'education' makes me feel dull and bored, I'm very sure very few people on this Earth likes to hear the word 'education', I know I don't! :P
Obviously, education is very important, for all of us. Without education, people around the world would be useless :P
Nowadays some youngsters aren't very interested in education, they just love to party and have fun but let's face it, education will help our future be a brighter one :O
Studying may not be fun (I relate to that! :P) but it benefits us! So for all you youngsters out there, study hard and don't just party all day~
There isn't much for me to say on this topic because it's very basic to me, I've grown up believing that education is a must in life and it's definitely important and I hope in 2012 I will be more hardworking! :)

SO here's a little selca of me to end today's challenge, for your information I'm saluting you guys, but it looks like it's a FAIL :p But all the best with your studies, I pray that God provide you people out there with good teachers and good schools :) Work hard, play hard (but work more) xP

Day 4: Your Favorite Photograph of Your Best-friend

Hey guys!

Day 4 is here~ Wow this challenge makes me feel how fast time flies! :P

Well, moving on, today's topic is My Favorite Photograph of My Bestfriend!

My best-friend is definitely Jesus Christ, hands-down. But since I've never seen Him before...I don't have any pictures of Him :P But there is a particular drawing or portrait, sketched by a young girl who saw visions of Heaven and saw Jesus. She drew this, which was her interpretation of how He looked like. And although I've never seen Him before, I feel like this is the most beautiful and realistic picture of Him. If you'd like to search about this young artist, her name is Akiane Kramarik. I feel peace and joy just looking at this art piece.

Day 3: Your Idea of the Perfect First Date

So today's topic is My Idea of the Perfect First Date. Honestly, I've never thought about this before... so this really is a CHALLENGE :)
Believe or not, I'm not a girl who's in to LOVE or puppy love :) I think at my age, I should just concentrate on my studies. But I'll share what I think my ideal first date would be like x)

My perfect first date would be like a day out with my best-friend. I would want to go out and do the things that I would do with my best-friend. The perfect date would be definitely not fancy, but fun. I'd like to do something exciting, like go see a comedy and the cinema or visit an amusement park! :D

I'm not good when it comes to LOVE so excuse-me. I already feel awkward talking about this topic. I hope I get more comfortable with the topic, LOVE :D As I am no longer a child ;)

Day 2: Your Favorite Movie

Hey guys!

So last Friday I started my first blog challenge and today I'm going to do Day 2's Challenge. I know I skipped a day and the rule for this challenge is to try not to skip a day but I broke the rule :P But rules were made to be broken! ;D (my excuse) But due to school and activities, I won't be able to post every single day so I declare this 30-Day challenge to be RULES-FREE :p

Back to the challenge...
Today's topic is: My Favorite Movie!

My favorite movie hands down has to be The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian. I love all Narnia movies but among the three, Prince Caspian has won it's place as No.1 :) I can't express how much I love Narnia films, C.S Lewis is my role-model and I hope to grow up writing amazing stories like he did. Narnia is the magic to this horrid life :P

Runner up has got to be Disney's Tangled! Tangled is my favorite Disney animated film. I am a HUGE fan of Disney's animated films, I grew up watching all of them (and I bet lots of people did too). Disney is a childhood thing :)

Tangled blew me away, I was very excited to watch the film and when I did, I became a huge fan immediately! Tangled is something different from all the other princess Disney films...and there are so many beautiful scenes in the movie, I really enjoyed the movie so much! I never get sick of it :D

30 Day Blog Challenge! Day 1

Hey peeps!

The first day of my 30 day blog challenge has come :D Before I start, I just wanna ask those bloggers out there, if you ever see this post and if you've done a blog challenge before, are there any rules to follow? :P I'm still so new to this whole challenge thing, so if there are rules, just comment below :)

Day 1: Your Favorite Song

I have a million favorite songs! It's so hard to choose which is my most favorite because it keeps changing from time to time. I change my favorite song almost every month.
I decided to show a list of songs that I never get tired of, I guess you can say, these are my favorite songs:

1) Anchor- Mindy Gledhill
I first heard this song at a blog and I immediately fell in love with it. It's a very slow and calm song, I love to listen to slow songs like these. I love the lyrics, it's very touching and inspiring.

2) Dream- Priscilla Ahn
I came to know this song through a movie, some of you may know it, 'Bride Wars' the comedy that starred Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson. I love this song because it reminds me of my childhood when I had so many dreams. Again, it's sort of a slow and calm song, my kind of song. It's relaxing to me.

3) In Christ Alone- Owl City
I'm a Christian and there are so many worship songs but I think this one has to be my all time favorite. The lyrics are just remarkable and always reminds me of how much Jesus cares and loves me. I always listen to this song whenever I feel down, it rejuvenates me.

4) IU's You and I
I am a big fan of IU, for those of you who haven't heard of her or have heard of her but don't know who she is. She's a very famous young K-Pop idol, she has an amazing voice and a pretty face :) I love to listen to her songs, every one of them. But this one called You and I, which is her latest, has won it's place as my most favorite! I never get bored of it and I doubt I will in the future.

5) Enchanted by Taylor Swift
I am a total swiftie (nickname for a Taylor Swift fan), I love her voice and I love the songs she write. To me, there's always a certain feature, how do I say it? A little bit of her in every song? :P I'm bad at describing things. But what I mean is that, all her songs are almost the same but different. It's confusing, I know. However, Enchanted is my favorite! I love the word Enchanted and once I saw it on her Speak Now album tracklist, I immediately listened to Enchanted first. The lyrics are very enchanting and cute. Taylor Swift has many many good songs, but Enchanted is the one I think is best.

Well, I could go on and on about my favorite songs because the list just never ends, it's always updated every month which made it a CHALLENGE for me to talk about today's topic. Now I see why they called it a 'Blog Challenge' :P

BEAUTY Show and Tell :D ETUDE HOUSE HAUL

Hey guys! :D

My second blogpost for 2012 is here :D I would like to show you the stuff I got from Etude House! =) This is like, part 2 of my haul post :P Thank you for your sweet comments and advice from my last post, I enjoyed reading what you guys had to say, please continue to leave comments for me because they make my day! :D

After this haul post, I'll be starting a Blog Challenge! I'm so excited because I've never done a blog challenge before so this obviously, will be my first time :) So if you want to try a blog challenge do, you can do it along with me! Link me to your blog challenges if you have done one or will be doing one. The challenges that I will be doing are taken from Tumblr, just to let you know.

But let's get back to the HAUL :D

My Etude House bag with all my new goodies! ^^ I like their pretty pink bags :) eventhough they're normal plastic ones :P

Item number #1! This is a really good buy, these are Nail Polish remover. They were on some promotion package thingy, they were really cheap! So if you want good quality nail polish remover, head down to Etude House, and quick! I don't know when their sales end. By the way, most of the items were on discount because Etude House was having some year end sale, so yipee! ^^
I'm not very sure about the prices but if I'm not mistaken, the original price is RM6.90 for one bottle. I bought both for RM8.
I love these nail polish removers because the quality is so far better than most removers that I've tried and they smell really good ^^ They have different scents, the pink bottle is Sweet Floral and the blue bottle is Fresh Floral. The pink one kinda smells like peaches :P

Item #2
I love these eyeshadows! I have very few matte eye-shadows so I really wanted to buy a few to try out. Etude House was having a sale for most single eye-shadows so I came on the right time :D

Their names are...(From left to right): Cafe Latte, Cocoa, some pale creamy shade :P I couldn't read the name because a code was stamped right in front of the name. I'm glad I can read hangul now, because all the names are written in hangul a.k.a Korean Alphabet! :)

Okay, so I've never done swatches before and so I apologize for the bad quality of my swatches :P my very first swatches! and not good ><

Item number #3! Just a regular angled eye-liner brush, I was in need of one!

Next item... Green Tea Nose Pack and Ginko Lip Patch. I have been really annoyed by my blackheads on my nose lately so I've been putting nose patches quite often but none really worked. I haven't used these nose and lip patches yet, but I really hope it works because these are quite pricey ><

The Green Tea Nose pack cost me...( I just realized I bought it for a cheaper price because it was on sale :P) RM3.96. Original price is RM6.90 for just one patch! :O
The Ginko Lip Patch cost me...RM 7.73 which is pricey even after less but I can't really judge yet because I haven't tried it out, so I'm hoping it works really well.

The last item and my most favorite item from this haul is... The Etude House Line Nuance Duo in Baby Peach and Mocha! I love this~ This is like a pen with an eyeshadow on one end and a brown Mocha liner on the other end.

I really like this peach color, it's almost similar to my Etude House Peach Beam Blush's shade.

When opened, there's the cool (it's just a normal one :P I like to use my adjectives) applicator.

UP-CLOSE :) it's a really pretty shimmery peachy color which I love!

I just realized that I did not take a picture of the other end which is the Mocha liner :P So I decided to take some pictures from GOOGLE :D

Anyway, if I ever visit Etude House again (which I hope will be very soon!) I will definitely get another one of these babies.

Don't go away yet! I still have another item but this isn't from Etude House. This is from Beauty Credit which is another Korean cosmetic store, I think it's Korean because Actress Goo Hye Sun is on almost every cover of their products :P
I got this Blackhead Clear Pore Cleansing Strips. So as you can see, I'm very determined to get rid of my annoying blackheads >.<"
The sales lady says that this one is the best but I don't know, I don't think that it's the BEST. It just got out a little more blackheads than the other ones that I've used.

My 2011 December Haul

Hey guys!

It's the second day of 2012, can you believe it? I'd like to wish everyone on Blogger a Happy Happy New Year! :D I hope to blog more this year and perhaps...get more followers? :P heh heh.

Anyway, I'm going to share the stuff I got from last Christmas! I bought most of them and won half of them :P Let me just say that there will be quite a lot of pictures as you scroll down ;) I warned you :) But then again, I love pictures! Enjoy!=)

First off, my Random Eyes Boutique Giveaway prizes have arrived! :)

My earrings! I chose the Hershey Chocolate Bar earrings! Looks exactly like the one in the picture from the website. I like how the sizes are big and not puny :D

Do you notice the googly eyes? Every Random Eye product has a pair of googly eyes on them, how awesome is that? :P

Second mini bag, my necklace :) I chose the Nestle Crunch Chocolate Bar necklace.

Up close at my Crunch necklace. I love it! :) I'm really glad I chose this design, it's different and cute. Chocolate bars are amazing, I suggest you pick up this necklace if you ever visit Random Eyes Boutique.

Secondly, I'd like to show you the stuff I got online. I shop online very often and since it was the holidays, I was allowed to do so. Found so many adorable items that I wanted online but being the sometimes thrifty girl I am, I got only few items. I did spend quite alot though, the prices are definitely not cheap! Plus shipping and everything but it's definitely a fun experience for me :) I do like shopping online :)

The first item I got online was from MiniBites Accessories, an online store selling adorable mini accessories such as earrings, rings and necklaces. I bought the most adorable item (in my opinion) on the online store, the Macarons in Paris necklace in Strawberry flavor (the colors are named by their flavors >_>) And my sister and I was shocked when we received it because the size of the macaron was very small compared to the picture we saw on the website >_> I guess it was our fault for not checking with the seller :/
By the way, one necklace costs RM25 which I think, is very expensive, for a mini mini mini necklace.
Let me just tell you if you're interested in buying, their products are really MINI, literally.

Oh drats. The chain got tangled the second I pulled it out of the plastic @.@

I guess it doesn't look that small up close .__. Guys, lesson learned, check with the seller about little details before buying. Looks can be deceiving :P

2nd item that I got online were K-Pop items :D A couple of posts before, I showed a sneak-peek of my SNSD The Boy's album. And here it is! :D

Other than the CD, here's what's in the box. Our seller gave us free Mr Simple (only Sung Min, Kyu Hyun, and Ryeowook >_>) and f(x) photo cards.

Ryeo-Wook! He has a strong and unique voice but I'm not a big fan :/

The lyrics book, I think .__. This booklet tells all the information about every song in the album.

My favorite album extra are the photo cards! :) In this mini section, there are cards with individual members on them and a little message from each member.

My favorite is the one with all 9 members in beautiful gowns :)

This album is expensive but definitely worth it because it came with 2 free posters and all these extra photo booklets and stuff. There's also a random member card in every album. I got the Sunny card which I did not take a picture of, sorry! I also didn't take pictures of the 2 posters that came with the album but I will post pics of it when I put it up on my bedroom wall :) I got the album for a cheaper price on eBay, if you're interested in getting one just let me know, I'll send you the info on where I got it.

I also bought an IU poster from the same website I got the SNSD album. I think it's the cover of IU's Real album. It's super gorgeous, I'm glad I bought it. I'm a huge fan of IU, thinking of getting her new album, Last Fantasy, poster but then again maybe I should stop spending for awhile :P
Finally put it up on my bedroom's door. Happy! Now I've just got to put up the SNSD The Boys poster, I'll make sure I show 'yall when I'm done putting it up :)

Next, this is a forgotten blog post, I was suppose to show 'yall the prizes that I won from the Picture Polish Giveaway months ago! It was delayed for such a long time I completely forgotten about it. Well, lemme show you them! I'm in love with these Picture POlish nailpolishes, they're simply awesome, the shades are gorgeous and the quality is great!
P.S I chose Berry Nice, Marine and Coral Reef. I was glad that I chose Berry Nice, I've been looking out for plumish purple kind of shades lately, but the best is still Berry Nice.
Thought I should show you guys how they look like on me nails :) Sorry for my messy application, I'm not a pro when it comes to painting my nails neatly, it's one of the things I'm not good at!
UGGH, messy nails :P I gave Coral Reef to my older sister as her birthday present last year, she chose out the color. It's pretty but I prefer my dark and unique colors, I use to wear mostly pinkish and reddish shades alot back when I was young so I'm in for a change as I grow up :)
Moving on to the items that I bought during my holiday trips...this is the only little item I got from Penang. I got this cute ribbon earrings at a flea market at Straits Quay for RM8. Don't you think it's adorable? :) Sorry for the bad lighting in the picture. It was the only item I got because I was sick the next few days of my trip! >.< it was horrible being sick on your vacation. I had viral fever and diarrhea, trust me, it's miserable. I suspect that I got the viral bug from some Philippine dude on the airplane who farted (I almost died when I inhaled the poison gas) :P It was just terrible, the whole trip was ruined!

But at least I got such a pretty little thing out of the trip :)

LASTLY! I shall reveal my haircut :)

My hair is now shoulder-length and layered. I didn't plan to have it this short, honestly, but it's not that short till I can't tie my hair up. I'm just glad I can still do up a high bun :) Excuse-me for my blemishes on my face :P I have been breaking out alot!

I got my hair cut at a salon behind my house. The person who my Mom booked to do our hair was on leave which was so ==" So nevermind, we asked the other two free employees who claimed they were professional to do our hair instead. Personally, I was very mad at their service, they didn't treat us very well. They were very snobbish and service wise, very unprofessional. But they still did a not-too-bad job on my hair. But will I be going back for a trim? NO. Why? Because they need to treat their customers equally with a smile not a snicker >_> I'll come back when you have better service, boys!

2012 is Near

Hey gals!

I am so sorry I haven't blog in AGES. Last post was posted on December 13th and today is already December 30th!! Can you believe it? We're entering 2012!! It's been tough this year for me, with all my struggling between school work and my health, it's been the craziest year but I'd like to thank my followers for continuing to read my posts and post encouraging and lovely comments on my blog :D My blog and my awesome followers have really made me happier this year :) I LOVE YOU GUYS :)

I was away this Christmas, that is why I didn't post anything on my blog. This Christmas was unfortunately dull, there was no fancy Christmas dinner with the family this year, just a very short meet-up at a restaurant for dinner. Not many gifts either, I was feeling very disappointed at first but then I realized I have received the greatest gift of all and that was Jesus. At about this time of the year, I celebrate my Lovely Gift who came down to Earth to give me eternal life, and that was all I really needed :)

So in conclusion, it was a very simple Christmas this year :) How was yours?

I have a lot to write and update you guys! Did you know I cut my hair? HAHA, yes! I will reveal how I look in my new hairstyle and my Christmas goodies next! SO SORRY I KEEP DELAYING!! But my camera's lense is stuck so I need to get it fixed ><

Working On My Smile

Hello again Bloggers :D

Back for another update post! Wonder what I've been up to during the holidays? Just a bunch of lazy stuff :P Another thing I have been working on is my SMILE :D

I'm not a very good smiler :P My cheeks become stiff and I pull out a rigid and awkward smile whenever I'm in front of the camera. But very weirdly, I'm more comfortable when I'm taking pictures of myself in a quiet corner. It must be because I'm just simply shy in public, I'm a very very shy and reserved kid.

So I locked myself in the toilet and started smiling in front of the camera. Practice makes perfect :) Here are the shots!
P.S The quality of the pictures aren't very good because they were taken from my iTouch camera. My camera is spoilt T_T Took a lot of time editing it so this post was delayed! :P

Wasn't aware this was taken :P P.S If you're wondering what the Nail Polish I'm wearing is, it's Picture Polish's Berry Nice. I absolutely love the color!

This was how I used to smile when I was little! So goofy :P

Quite happy with these 2 shots, I think it's more natural compared to my stiff awkward smile I always pull when in public.

Getting a little grumpy because I realized I take many good pictures with when I self-cam a.k.a camwhore. I wish I was more natural and comfortable in public!

Practicing again. My mom (she's probably reading this) always tell me to flash my teeth whenever I smile. Because since young, I don't smile showing my teeth, my most natural pictures are when my Mother tickle me causing me to laugh, so the picture is captured with my mouth opened wide :DD If she didn't tickle me, my teeth smile would be like the second picture shown above :p Nowadays I try to naturally show my teeth while smiling. My mom has the
sweetest smile :)

2nd Day of SMILE Project! I brought Pooh along (to pose with me) :P It helps sometimes when I have something to pose with :P

Hey peeps!

The holidays are here!! WOOOOOW, did 2011 past by so fast or what? I still feel like it's new year. Christmas is right around the corner, it's December once again and we're slowly (or should I say, speedily) entering 2012. Thank God for the wonderful year, I've been through so much this year, it's a good year I must say :D

Awards Day 2011

Hey guys! :)

I'm back with my school's Awards Day post! There's gonna be a lot of pictures :) This was the best Awards Day in my school's history of Awards Day, this year the event was held at a different location (finally they changed the venue! xD). My school held it a small hotel which was actually kinda nice, small but modern :) I bet you'd wanna know if I won any prizes...well...I won the Most Exemplary Student award! :D I received a trophy and a certificate! This is my second time receiving the Most Exemplary Award :D *big smile*!

I'M SO HAPPYYYYYYY I could SCREEEEEEEEAM!
heehee. Anyway, this year, the students got to vote which nominees they wanted to receive the prizes. And honestly, I'm still wondering how I got this award because I'm not exactly very popular and socializing is not my best thing :P But THANK YOU THANK YOU my friends, for voting me :)

I was on duty as an usher to welcome the guests and frankly, I am NOT A GOOD usher! >< Moving on, here are some pictures! :)

What I wore: An old but still lookin' new checkered dress (P.S I'm not very good in describing fashion :P) with a black jacket. Tied my hair in the princess style. Played it simple. I was tempted to put on some eyeliner but in the end I didn't but everyone else did when I got there :P All the girls were in heavy makeup! I guess I stood out being all natural :p

My ushering station, this is wear we ushers greet, take attendance and give out door gifts to the guests.
The whole reception usher crew. The teachers looked gorgeous and all dressed up in their traditional attires while I just went with formal :P
Smiling for the camera along with my girlfriends :) They were both in their saris or Indian costumes for their amazing Indian Bollywood performance :)
My best buddy, Jian Lee in his Tunku Abdul Rahman (Malaysia's first Prime Minister) costume for the skit performance. Solo shot! :P

Performances!
I didn't take any photos of the performances as I was busy with my usher duties and everything so I...heh heh...stole some pics from my school's Facebook page.

Junior Boys' performance. They did really good, my buddy Katrina was their choreographer and personally I think she did a good job. It's tough to train these kids because they're so playful and mischievous :P A couple of my friends and I had a hard time gathering them before their cue to go up on stage :P But they did a great job and the audience wanted an encore so these little boys went up the stage the second time and performed :)

Next, the Chinese Fan Dance, was choreographed by some of the teachers. The dance was good but I liked the first one performed by the Junior Boys better. But overall, the kids in this dance did well too :) I like their fans :D

And lastly, the highlight of the day for me, the Indian Dance! This was my favorite performance of the day, and it was the longest! :P These gals have been practicing really hard for the performance. I'm really impressed, although it was longer than all the other performances , I think it was still the best. Their costumes were very colorful and vibrant and the whole dance was very lively. It was a big hit, one of the pastors invited them to perform at a graduation ceremony.

Fishing Trip: Day 1

Hiya guys! :)

Just wanted to share the pictures I took from Day 1 of my Fishing Trip :) Yes, I'm on my fishing trip.

Fishing status: Caught 0 Fishes

I love the big shady trees all around the resort!

It's 6:16 pm and still no fishes...

This lady and her daughter (not in the picture) was right next to us and she's a pro! She caught 2 fishes. We were getting kinda frustrated because the fishes only ate her bait and not ours :P

6:20 pm, no fishes :(

I got so tired, hot, frustrated and sticky that I went to where the shallow part was and fed the leftover bread to the little fishies :P Boy, they had a feast. It was kinda fun watching them snatch the pieces of bread from each other. They were so aggressive, I thought they were actually piranhas :P You can't actually see the fishes because they were so swift, and they made lots of ripples.

Instead of fishes, I got mosquito bites. I was seriously mad because I was itching all over. This was one of the biggest ones I got, it swelled up so big! It itches like mad, and hurts like a blue-black. But I took revenge when I slapped the hungry mosquito right off my hand :P It was his last drink of blood :P

After 20-30 minutes later, we decided to call it a day. So we left the club, my dad, my sister and myself. It was not a very productive day but I still enjoyed the scenery. I would like to state that I am not a fishing girl, I don't like it because we have to stay quiet and wait and wait and wait. I hate the waiting part :P My dad had to always remind me to stay patient (coming from someone who lost his own patience frequently :P) But I do enjoy the scenery and the calmness, and I love the evening wind and the view of the sunset. Sometimes, you can actually spot a group of Hornbills flying off :) I always get excited when I spot them :)

Puny Update and A Little Secret

Hey guys! :D

Wanna update a little before my up coming post, which will involve lots of pictures :D I've been studying and studying and studying and Praise the Lord! I've been passing my tests :D I shocked myself when I actually passed my Science test, I'm seriously clueless when it comes to Science! :P

And also, I watched the Taiwanese romance film, "Secret" or "Bu Neng Shuo De Mi Mi". Have you watched it yet? I'm not a fan of Taiwanese shows, I don't watch them often and Secret is probably the first Taiwanese film I've actually watched. I'm very much interested in Korean dramas and films rather than Taiwanese ones simply because I just basically always watch Korean films more :)

But I'm quite happy with "Secret", it's actually a nice show. I would watch it again :) The movie stars Jay Chou and Kwai Lun Mei as the lead actors. The story line is quite good and has a mysterious touch :P
It's a romance film, so for all you ladies out there, maybe you should check it out too :)

Here's a brief summary:
Ye Xiang Lun is a music student majoring in piano who just transferred to Tamkang, a school famous for its musically talented students, especially those who play piano. On his first day of school, he hears a mysterious melody being played, and following it meets Lu Xiao Yu, another piano major. When he asks her about the song she was playing, she tells him that it is a secret that cannot be told. The two form a friendship that quickly evolves into a romantic relationship. However unbeknownst to Xiang Lun, there is more to Xiao Yu than initially meets the eye.

I LOVE the music! I have an obsession with instrumental music nowadays :D Especially those from OSTs. I'm not sure if many people listen to the instrumental tracks in OSTs but I do and I love them :) I'm cool like that :P

Finally, T-ara's latest project is coming up!

The teaser photo looks cool, I notice that some of the girls got a new haircut :D Excited to watch their MV, it's not out at the moment. But the teaser looks fun and exciting. I will update more on them in the coming posts :D

Hello there :D

It's a very very HOT Sunday today! But I have managed to put some pictures together to make this post. This is sort of like a, hair accessory haul post :D I love hauls! I hope you like my post :)

First off, I strike off another two items off of my wishlist that I created...in April. Here's my wish-list post from months ago. It took quite a long time to gather all the things from my wishlist :P The two things I striked off this month, is a Hat (I just realized I did not list that down in my Aprils Wish-list post, oops :P) and a headband with a bow on it. I wanted a headband with a RED bow on it but I couldn't find a classic and simple one so anything with a bow would do for now :P

Here are the pictures I took this morning!

1) Uniqlo Bowler Hat :)
I got this super cute and classic bowler hat at Uniqlo just recently, I was very happy that I found it among racks and it was on discount so I totally wanted it. But for some reason, I suddenly felt like I should wait but later I thought to myself "What am I waiting for?!" and I grabbed it :D

On the left is myself wearing my bowler hat, I totally copycat After School's JuYeon's way of wearing the bowler hat. On the right is Ju Yeon wearing her's, a blue one, she posted this on Twitter and I thought that was just uber cute and immediately I wanted to try wearing mine with pigtails :D And now I'm so glad I have bangs! :D

2) Uniqlo Wool Beanie
I have no idea what this exactly is called 'cos I cut off the name tag but basically it's a very soft and comfortable wool beanie that I got at Uniqlo along with my bowler hat. This was also on discount :D I am a HUGE fan of beanies :) I get so jealous of those Korean hallyu stars posing with their very own beanie, looking flawless and cute ^^

1st row: On the left, Girl's Day Kkab Bang Min Ah wearing her beanie with her bangs out (ooh, a similar color to mine ^^) and on the right, myself in my own beanie with bangs out.
2nd row: Left: T-ara's Sexy Hyomin on her blue beanie, bangs in (bangs in? Sounds silly. No bangs :D) This is one of my favorite pictures of Hyomin ^^ On the right, myself looking...OH *speechless*. Personally I prefer wearing the beanie with bangs out.

3) White Elastic Headband
One of my favorite headbands (not sure what you call this kind of headband), it's stretchable and very comfortable. I love the classic white color, more of like a vanilla color :) It's very girl and cute. I just fell in love with it the minute I saw it in Daiso (where I got it), Daiso is a Japanese store with lots and lots of awesome stuff from Japan.

4) Ribbon Hairbands
Got this lovely ribbon hairbands at Diva. Totally love the colors, one is in sort of a Champagne color and the other is plain silver. It's very thin, the bows aren't that large but that's fine with me :) I'm still on the look out for more Ribbon or Bow hairbands :)

All the members looked flawless as usual in the MV. Sunny's new strong hair cut was quite shocking for me as she was always seen in her pretty long hair but so far, I'm loving her haircut. Hey guys:)

So I thought I would be extremely packed and wouldn't be able to blog since I'm caught up with studies but actually I seem to have some time :P Great news, I have been passing tests so far, and I'm really happy :D BIG SMILE! Will be taking more tests next week so I really hope I do well :)

In the earlier post I mentioned that this post will be about skin remedies, and that's right! I have been paying quite a lot of attention to my skin lately (not what I usually do) But I have LOTS of blackheads, pimples, oilseeds, and all that gross acne stuff which is driving me nuts! I went searching on YouTube on how to get rid of all this dry and oily skin problems. And I found this remedy:

Yes, this is bubzbeauty, a famous Beauty guru on YouTube. I love watching her videos and I learned a lot from her :) Wanna thank her for sharing her knowledge by making wonderful videos. This is a video about her Oatmeal Remedy which is what I've been doing daily. It does work! My face feels refreshed, softer, and smoother. But I still have a little bit problems with acne.

Books and Blue Skies

Hey guys!
So I haven't been blogging very often lately. I have LOTS to blog about though. Like my last part of the Bangkok haul, and a mini Uniqlo haul, plus a little something on my giveaway prize! Yes I've received it! :D Well, the posts will come. But just a little late as I have some major studying to do before the year ends.

Today I went out to the Big Bad Wolf book fair in Malaysia. It's one of the biggest book fairs held in Malaysia and the biggest that I've ever went to :) I was excited but I must say, that this is not the best book fair that I've been to although it's the biggest.

There were LOTS of books, but some were torn and tattered and their variety of books wasn't big enough.

Here were some pictures that I took there :)

The weather was absolutely brilliant today! Okay, not that brilliant because it was VERY SUNNY. But look at the sky. It's quite hard to see very blue skies in KL. But for the last couple of days, the skies have been pouring cats and dogs so it must've cleared up the sky :)

It was so blue, I felt so happy and bright. I snapped lots of pictures. I felt like going on a picnic but since we were out to get books, anyway will do :)

Heh heh, inside the car. I was so amazed by how the sky was so blue I had to take lots of pictures. Doesn't it look like a painting from the inside of the car? :D I love those big fluffy clouds :)

Destination reached! Getting out of the car, I quickly snapped a picture. P.S this was at the parking lot :)

The book fair was held at a stadium, and it was HUGE so we had to take a shuttle bus to the stadium or court where they held the book fair. It was around 10 am and people the place was already full. The bigger crowd was about to come in too.

My family's boxes :) We got only 3 boxes full, but that's already enough! I saw families with 6 to 8 boxes. Some came with their trollies and even luggages :) Good idea ;)
Heehee, Mom got Nigella Lawson's cookbook :) We're a fan of Nigella!

Well, that's about it for the day. I was exhausted after around 2 hours and a half in the stadium going through books and books. We got quite alot but I hope we could get more in the next book fair :)

Bangkok Haul: Stationeries

Hey guys! :D

It's been quite long since my last post which was my very first tutorial! :) Thanks for all your sweet comments, and if you're going to try the design that I taught, please link it back! I'd really love to read it :D

So I'm back, with the other quarter of my Bangkok haul. Sorry it's coming so slowly. This is the stationery half of my haul :) I don't know if I mentioned this before but I am a HUGE stationery fan, I can just go crazy in the stationery store! So if you're a stationery fan, do head down to Bangkok City. I showed a picture of B2S in my previous post (The Stealing Bastard), B2S is a HUGE stationery store and I literally went bonkers there :P Well let's cut to the chase and take a look at what I got!

NUMBER 1:

Not exactly stationery :P But let's just include this into this post :D
This is a really cute Hello Kitty bag that I got at Central Sala Daeng. It's so pretty and cheap too. It was on Sale so I definitely had to have it. And I needed a new Hello Kitty bag because my previous one tore after serving me for almost 3 years! So I guess you can say the quality is quite good :)

It's very big and spacious so you can fit in lot's of stuff. I normally carry this bag to school as a bag for my jacket, my HUGE water tumbler (:P), some big files, my recess snack and lots of other things :P And this bag has a zip, and I love bags with zippers, because all the stuff inside can simply just fall out easily without a zip (a problem with my previous zipless Hello Kitty bag .__.)

NUMBER 2:

I got this ADORABLE pouch at Siam Paragon. Siam Paragon has a million cute stuff and stationery so I go there shop for most of my stationery. And they always seem to have new designs and brands every time I visit Bangkok. So this was the first time I saw the Little Red Riding Hood line. And there are so many other Red Riding Hood goodies, but I felt that this pouch was the most useful item for me so I bought it at the price of RM 15 (totally cheap!) which is $5 USD :) There are several designs but this was the only one left :(

Number 3:
Souvenirs for my buddies!
I was thinking of what items that I would like to give to my friends as souvenirs. The first thing that came to me was STATIONERY :) And there are so many cute stationery to choose from in Bangkok so why not?
So I got a couple of bookmarks (super cheap!)

Some cute crayon erasers, OMG, the huge MADE IN CHINA label! :P

And lastly, a couple of vintage notebooks. I picked out the car designed ones for my male buddies :P I hope they like it, and they're younger than me so this won't be childish for them :P

Number 4:
Angry Bird iTouch case. This was sort of a gift from my Dad. He went shopping at MBK plaza and he got this for me. We were on an iTouch casing hunt and it was quite difficult finding for the 4th generation version. So he got me this knock-off Angry Bird iTouch casing, I'm not liking it because it's not the original one, but it's a good thing this was cheap!

Number 5:
Cute stickers ^^ I was a sticker fan since I was little. But it's hard to find cheap and cute stickers in Malaysia. I saw so many cute stickers that would make really good decorations for stuff like cards, electronics, blah-blah-blah :P
But this one caught my eye, more like brought to my eye :P My mom knew I love stickers so she saw this and showed me it and I was like "I'll take it" with a big grin :) There are like a million really cute Antarctic animals in this polar bear packet, my favorite is the baby penguins :)
Number 6:
Disney handphone cases :) I'm a big Pooh bear fan as you can tell from my previous posts. And I was desperately in need for a handphone casing (now stolen T^T) so I went on a search for one. I got this in Siam Paragon where there are millions to pick from. There was a whole shelf of Disney handphone cases, but this was the cutest among all the Winnie the Pooh ones.

*I'm in need for a new one because this one doesn't fit my new handphone!!* (Samsung Corby II)

A gift for a special girl who's a big Mickey Mouse fan :)

Number 7:
Vintage notebooks. I collect notebooks, they're one of my favorite things in the world :) I just love collecting them even though I basically don't use them much. But I'll make sure to use these new ones till they're full :)

This is my favorite item among the items that I got in Bangkok. It's so nice and vintage, the colors of the pages are also vintage. I'll show you after decorating several pages :) I plan to write my journal in it and also do some doodling :)

Got this at B2S! This notebook is from a Korean stationery brand. I love the very simple and cute design. The color is so warm and cute too. The little girl and bunny caught my eye, it's such a cute design. I had to have it! :P

Number 8:
My new set of pens. These are some pens that comes from new brands and they can't be found in Malaysia. So I decided to try them. The quality is really good, all of them works well and I'm very happy I bought them :)

Close up for the Angle Tip pens that I got. Works like a marker, the tip is very thin :)

Close up for BiC Marking Pen, it's permanent so I can't simply doodle them on places :P

My favorite among these pens. This is from Pigma Micron, it works really well and smooth.

Hawaiian Flower

This post is gonna teach you how to do nail art :)
This is my VERY FIRST tutorial post so it kinda sucks a bit, I apologize!
Anyway, here goes.
I'm gonna teach you how to do this design:

Ignore the device and focus on the design xD
It's a very simple design, but I think it's very pretty and cute and you won't need any professional nail art tools :)

You will need:
Nailpolishes :)
I'm using:
1) 17 Nail Xtras: Double Gloss Top Coat
2) Etude House Nail Polish in VIP Girl Color GR605
3) Natural Collection Nail Tip Whitener
4) Bihun in Color No.6311
5) Some Q Tips for cleaning the sides (optional)
*I kinda skipped the base coat (which is sorta important) but base coat can be included.

A toothpick or a kebab stick, or a wooden skewer :)

A bobby pin like this:
*You'll wanna get the ones with a round tip :)

Now let's begin.
Start by applying a base coat. NOTE: I did something wrong! I used the top coat as my base coat, but both works fine :P
But use a base coat nail polish for this!!
Next, I painted my nails with my Etude House VIP Girl in GR605 nail-polish. You don't have to use the same color with me, you can choose any sort of blue or maybe purple or pink color. Any color you think would go well with the Hawaiian Flower. I think my VIP Girl nail-polish color looked very well with the hawaiian flower, it's a hawaiian color too (come to think of it :)) It's sort of a turquoise greenish blueish color :)

Use a Q Tip and apply some nail-polish remover on it and gently clean the sides of your fingers.
Up-close :)
Let it be completely dry and then we're gonna move on to making the flower pattern
I dipped some of my white nailpolish on to the end of my bobby pin.
And I dotted 4 white dots on to my nail. These white dots are the petals of the flower, you can add to them, the more white dots, the more petals your flower is going to have.
Next, white the petals are still watery ( do not wait till it dries), grab your wooden skewer or toothpick and stroke from the middle of your dot to the center of the flower. That will form the design on the flower. Honestly, I think it looks complete the way it is now but for the finishing touch which can be optional, I'm gonna add a red dot to the middle of the flower.
Lastly, using my red nail-polish. I'm going to clean the tip of my bobby pin (or use a new one) and brush or dip the red nail-polish on to the end of the bobby pin. Dot the center of your flower and it's DONE :D

Final product!

I'm not very good in this tutorial thing so I'm sorry. But if you have further questions and if you'd like me to re-explain certain steps, I will try to do my best to do so :)

The Stealing Bastard

Hey guys!

SORRY, it's been almost 2 weeks (or is it 3? lost track :P) since my last post.

my reason:
Lot's of stuff has happened over the last few weeks, a break-in at my house, my Mom's missing ID Card, my stomach going all crazy on me...oh it's been rough.

But Thank God everything's over! I'll just have to trust in Him and everything'll be alright :)

Firstly, the break in! This is the first break-in that's ever occurred in my household, the last time some dude broke in to my Dad's car taking several items along with him. This time, it's a real case, a big one. Some bastard(s) (I'm not sure if it's a group or just a one-man-business) broke in to my house and took precious and pricey items along with him/them.
I'm really pissed.

The thieves/thief took: My Mom's branded handbag which was a gift from my aunt (OH GOSH, I forgot the name of the brand, but it's famous :P) , CASH$$ a robber always search for cash! My dear handphone T^T and my Roxy backpack which was quite new. Some cash from my sister's wallet and several stuff that we still are trying to discover. He took quite a lot of things but we haven't identified what are the things he took.

He ransacked most parts of the house leaving clumps of messes in the living room and the garden! He dumped books, files and papers from my school-bag in the backyard. SERIOUSLY?!! You jerk. And I just found out that that stealing dude is currently using my phone with my SIM card in it.

BREATHE Lizzy, BREATHE.

Central World, Bangkok. Seriously recommend to visit if you're a shopping person. The perfect place to shop till you drop :) Lot's of great stores, I did most of my shopping there :) And it's connected to my hotel (Centara Grand, Bangkok) so it's super convenient.
Sister stopping by to take a look at Skin Food. If I'm not mistaken it's located next to Etude House.
This is the second part of the mall, I think it's the East Wing? :P See the sign B2S? If you're a stationery fan, I suggest you visit the huge store. Lot's of cute and awesome stuff, they sell almost everything! This Central mall has the biggest B2S.

LAST DAY, at the airport. This is near the gates. A huge wall of windows. It's fantastic, and you can see lots of airplanes from all over the world waiting outside.
While waiting for my Dad to collect his V.A.T Refund, I took a snapshot of my sister's new pair of Converse sneakers. Matching Converse socks! :)
Before returning home, we took a stroll along the duty-free stores. There's even a M.A.C store! :)

Cuts From the Wishlist

Hey ladies! :)

So I guess you can say, this is sort of a haul post, it's part of the haul anyway :P But I just wanna share the items that I bought that are in my wishlist for April-August :P

Number 1:
Nerdy glasses. I wanted a pair but in the end I got 2 pairs :D A white one and a black one.
My mom bought me a red pair but I thought that it didn't suit me, it looked so much better on my elder sister so it is her's now :)

Gawsh, I look so dorky :P

The white pair, the frame is huge! Got this one from KL, Midvalley Megamall.

Got this one from Bangkok. Sala Daeng, Central, Daiso. 60 Baht! :)

Number 2:
Superman or Elmo t-shirt!
I wanted a t-shirt with Sesame Street's Elmo's face on it but I couldn't find one :(
So the second option was to get a Superman t-shirt. A blue one with Superman's famous logo, and I got it! :)

I ain't gonna show it today, I'll show it along with my clothes haul. This is the EPIC paper bag :) My mom says it's scary, especially how Wonder Woman is so bulky here :P I was smiling from ear to ear after my Dad paid for it :) Thanks Daddy :)

Number 3:
A pair of new pumps! This is from Rock Port. I'm a pump fan! :D I love the color, I actually wanted a different pair with a different color, sort of a tea color? But there wasn't the right size :/ So I got this one, equally lovely. I like it's classic and simple design, love the bow!!

Number 4:
A new iTouch 4th Generation cover. It's kinda difficult to get an iTouch 4th Generation cover, there aren't much designs compared to the iPhones. I really wanted a Hello Kitty cover but that's okay :) I like my new one now, it's checkered and it's sort of red with a little bit pinkish? I LOVE the color, it's really sweet and I decided to settle with this!

P.S, That's my holiday nails! :) I'm thinking of doing a tutorial post on how to do this for those who doesn't know how to :/ but I'll see if I have the time :)

The Beauty Part

Hey guys!

This haul post came a bit late, not too late I hope, because I had to get admitted to the hospital >.< I had a minor viral infection that caused me to puke and have terrible backaches and backpains. Due to the HORRIBLE hazy weather in Malaysia, many people have been sick and I must've caused a sick bug (:P) at school. I was admitted for 2 nights, thank God it wasn't more than that. I'm still recovering, but that ain't gonna stop me from blogging :)

Anyways, back the haul. I'm breaking this haul in to different parts. So this is the beauty part of my haul. I really regret that I didn't buy more cosmetics, there was an offer (buy 1 free 1) at the pharmacy Boots. I have no idea what's wrong with me, I should've bought more!! Arghh, sorry for my rantings :P

BTW, over the last two weeks, I actually won 2 more giveaways! Recently, I mentioned in my previous posts (way back in August) that I won a jewelery giveaway. The prizes are not with me, but I hope it comes soon.
But just the day before leaving for BKK, I won a giveaway, the prizes are 3 choices of any Picture Polish nailpolishes I wanted, they are probably on their way to my house now :) (I hope!)
And for the next giveaway, I won the TRESemme Straightening Spray with Argan Oil! Yippee!
It reached my house when I was in the hospital, my dad called up and said that it reached! And now it's here with me on the bed :P Can't wait to try it soon.

The overall beauty items that I got!

This are the lip balms I got from Siam Paragon. They're from the brand Berli Pops. I've never seen this brand before but I decided to try it. I bought 3 packets, 2 for my pals and 1 for me. I love the packaging. They are all 95.00 Baht which is 9.50 Ringgit, in Malaysia's currency. I thought that was cheap so I took the opportunity, I thought it would made cute gifts ^^
One of the packets comes with 2 lip balms...and it still costs the same with the others.

The 2 in 1 packet :) This is the Melon Mellow Smoothie Lipbalm.
I got 2 Cherry Cheery Smoothie Lipbalms for myself and another friend of mine :)

Oops! Upside down pictures. I got this makeup sponge and an eye brush for 60 Baht (6 Ringgit), which I guess is $2. I got this at Daiso, Sala Daeng's Central Mall. All the items in Daisho are 60 Baht, everything! :)

Next! More pictures from my Bangkok trip. FOOD :)

This trip was different because, there was NO free buffet breakfast. Odd, but my Dad didn't really explain why but we saved up a lot not going downstairs for buffet. Instead we ordered Room Service which was YUM YUM and just YUM. The waiter came up with a mini table full of warm delicious food. 1) Two Eggs of your choice I chose: Omelette (I spelled that wrongly :/) with grilled ham and baked potato (you can request for hashbrowns but they are just deep fried and soaked with oil :O) My sister chose: Scrambled Eggs, very neatly placed on a half a slice of bagel. And grilled sausages. With baked potato. Oh and both our sets came with a grilled tomato too. My parents didn't really eat much for breakfast so they ordered toast, pastries and muffins, which I didn't try :( Dad ordered Carrot and Apple juice while my sister and I shared Pomelo juice, something different for a change (we normally stick to plain old Apple juice). Fresh fruits for the day: A platter of papayas. Not very juicy but very sweet :) And cereal? My all time favorite: Cocoa Pop! :) Oh and the toast came with two sets of jams in mini cute bottles.

Watching Australia's Next Top Model Cycle 6 while eating breakfast. We don't normally do that but we broke the rules for just a few days :P
LUNCH! Every time we visit Bangkok, we NEVER (I do mean NEVER) fail to visit Ootoya's. So far, this Japanese restaurant can only be found in Thailand or maybe just Bangkok alone. The menu is basically Japanese but the food served are very different. But ALL the food that I tried in the restaurant are ABSOLUTELY DELISH.
My sister's set, grilled minced Chicken burger patties served with Bangkok's yummy fragrant rice.

Remember how I said Ootoya's delicacies were different? Well, they add yam or taro in their Miso Soup which is really yummy, it gives alot of flavor to the soup. Slurp! :)
Mom's vege stew with fried shrimp patties. This tastes heavenly but be sure to order a bowl of rice to go along with this because sometimes the chefs tends to add a little bit too much of salt :P
My set! Alaskan salmon, seriously, it's from Alaska and the salmon taste different from any ordinary salmon. It's very soft and melts in the mouth :)
Close-up! A must-try, I always order this whenever I visit Ootoya. And it's cheap too!

Bangkok City!

Hey guys!

I'm back after a short MIA if that makes sense :P I went on a mini shopping-spree vacation to the beautiful city of Bangkok :D There will be a big haul post coming up around this week so stay tuned :D I managed to get quite a lot of goodies this trip! Yippee :P I definitely recommend Bangkok as the perfect destination for shopping, so if your finding for a city to do some shopping, head to Bangkok! :)

Before boarding the plane, we decided to get some Starbucks and surf the free wifi for awhile :)

This is Centara Hotel Bangkok which is connected to the awesome big shopping mall Central World. It's super convenient, there's a walkway (or tunnel) that takes you directly to the shopping mall. How awesome is that? :D

The room! It's a bit messy now that we sorta unpacked. Darn it! Should've gotten a better shot before we unpacked. The room is really nice and modern and cool :) I love the design.

If you open that window behind the bed, you can see the awesome bathroom which I didn't take a picture of because it was WET after my sister took a bath :P

I Googled search for a picture of zee bathroom (I'm silly like that :P) and wa-lah! This is how it looks like...EXACTLY...how it is when it's all clean and nice.

The Secret Walkway!

Okay, it's not exactly a secret, it's not a secret AT ALL actually. I just like to think it's a secret passage because it always feels like my family and I are the only one who knows it. It's always empty! :P

Anyway, this is the passage from the mall to the hotel. There are several escalators we had to go on. This one is in the cinema. I love the cinema!

Escalator number 2. There are always these massive posters of movies showing now or coming soon. But the posters change every time we visit Bangkok.

Level 2, the snack shack. I love level 2 because the air con is stronger and cooler up here and the smell of fresh popcorn just comes bursting out, I love the smell of fresh popcorn :P

Talentime!

Okay people! Finally, my Talentime post is finally here!
I have to apologize for my terrible pictures and for the LONG DELAY.
I have no photography skills compared to many talented bloggers.
Just bare with my pictures :)

There was bad lighting since the hall was dark so my pictures didn't turn out good.
This little girl was so cute! She's a talented little lady. She played the violin so well!

This dude is my schoolmate. He has awesome photography skills and another skill I didn't know he had. He played the French Horn! My school and I was wooting and cheering for him :D Sadly he didn't win a prize :( That was too bad 'cos he played well that day.

These kids were adorable! I love their costumes :D They were a little shy at first but I could see that they got comfy in the middle of singing and they sang louder. The girl in the black was a very enthusiastic little singer :P She sang the loudest :)

OH NO! Blur picture. Super sorry :P This flexible talented dancers are my besties, Wei Yew, Wei Peng, and Mildred. It was a graceful sad dance but they had killer gymnastic moves!

I took a video instead, as a memory. I loved their moves. But that wasn't a smart thing to do as it took up space in my camera :/

So I had a very tiring yet very FUN day today :D As I mentioned in my earlier post, I went to a Talentime event for all homeschool centers. There are so many talented kids around! My school won 3 prizes, woo hoo! I am very tempted to post the noob pictures today, but I have decided to take a rest first. My apologies. There will be a BIG update tomorrow, so stay tuned! Back With Kpop

Hey girls.

I've been on a short MIA, if that ever makes sense :P

I'm back with a mini post, updates on the K-Pop World. Nothing spectacular or special happening in my life so far. It's been boring boring study days lately.

Tomorrow, I'll be going to the National Home School Talentime. It's sort of a concert where all the homeschooled students gather to show their talents. I'm not participating but my fellow schoolmates are, so I'll be going along with my school to cheer them on :) So there'll be something to post tomorrow! I'll try to take some pics. I did my nails today, but the photos are in another camera, so I can only store all the pictures tomorrow.

Right, to the K-Pop Update!

Apple girl, Kim Yeo Hee is back! Anticipating her new single "Half". These are her comeback concept photos. According to allkpop.com, Kim Yeohee personally picked out pastel tone outfits and accessories for her photoshoot and MV. She has such a sweet voice, can't wait for her comeback.

Secondly, bad news. KBS has announced that 1 Days 2 Nights (a very famous variety show) will be ending in 6 months. It's sad news for me because I am a HUGE fan of the show. It's hilarious and never fails to give smiles and laughter. If you've never seen this variety show, you should. It shows a lot of the beautiful places you can visit if you travel to Korea :)

OHNOES. This picture is so puny! It's not suppose to be that way, but oh wells! These are the cupcakes made for my Dad's 49th birthday. Soon, he's gonna turn Sweet 50 :P It's Red Velvet, my favorite cupcake flavor. Frosted with cream cheese and topped with fresh raspberries. All homemade.

HK Disneyland: Part 2: Dining

Back with Part 2 of my HK trip! :)

FINALLY :)
I'm sorry I can't post these pictures according to the days because I totally got mixed up with which picture belonged to which day (as in Day 1 or Day 2).
So I'm just gonna post this like a travel journal or guide :P

DINING :D
Hopping from one ride to another made our tummy rumble, here's the food guide :)

After the ride we went to the ice-cream shack just right next to the ride to order some refreshments :) Grace, Rachel and I got Coke slushies. They served ice-creams but we decided to go with something different and fizzy.
I'm a big fan of Coke slushies!

Meanwhile, Sammy (a HUGE fan of ice-cream) got strawberry ice-cream.

By the way, there are always so many sparrows chirping and hopping around the park, they are so cute! ^^

After more rides and shows, it was time for lunch. Okay, I'm certain this was the food we ate for lunch on the first day.
We ate at the Royal Banquet Hall.
The Royal Banquet Hall served food like Japanese Noodles, Dim Sum, pizza, beef burgers, sushi and grilled steak (these are just some of the food they sell there).

Samuel requested for his all time favorite, Japanese Soba (Buckwheat) Noodles. He was happily slurping away :)

I ordered Rice with Pork slices, if I'm not mistaken. It was yummy, like home-cooked food, more towards the Asian cooking.
Grace ordered Mickey Mouse Pizza. I don't know if that's what you call it. But look at the shape of it! Everything's Mickey Mouse shaped in Disneyland, including the food. There are Mickey Mouse shaped jellies, waffles, pancakes, pizzas and croutons! I think there are more Mickey Mouse shaped food but sadly I never got to try all of them.

We ate breakfast at The Chef Mickey's Restaurant in Hollywood Hotel.
The spread was good, lots of varieties of food.
Not to mention, lots of Mickeys :P

See the Waffle? Isn't it cute? If you ever dine in Chef Mickey's. Go for the waffles. All four of us kids had second helpings. The bacon and baked beans were yummy too. But I think the waffles were the main highlight.

Waddup people!

SO how was your day?

This is what I did:
Nothing.

I meant that seriously but nothing meant lying around and fiddling with my hair. Plus watching a bunch of videos on YouTube and snapping some pictures.

SINCE I was so bored, I decided to do an entry on what's in my jewelry box!

I got frustrated when I turned on my laptop. Had to wait for 15-25 minutes for the laptop to do some system check or something. Eek ><

Okay! Back to the Jewelry Section!
This box was my Mother's. It's pretty old. She had this when she was a teenager. But I love it! I think it's rustic and cute :)
Today, I'm just gonna show you the FIRST level :)
I wore this earring today :) It was a gift from a very dear aunt of mine. It was meant for my mom but she doesn't have pierced ears so... I guess it's mine now :p It's very pretty!

I love this pair! This is actually the first pair of dangling earrings I got. I thought it was super cute 'cos I am a big fan of Piglet :)
This is actually my older sister's. A gift from our favorite Uncle, he got it from the gospel bookshop, yes they sell earrings too! :)

I got this brooch or is it badge? I'll just call it a brooch. I got this on my first trip to HK Disneyland (I went 2 times, coolios :D) There were so many choices of brooches to pick from but I went with Slinky the Dog from Toy Story because it has a little spring which I thought was the most unique among the rest. But no, I'm not a big fan of Slinky, I actually prefer Ham, the pig :P

My sister's. They're lovely but a little heavy :P

The first pair of earrings we (both my sister and I, we share) got. These are super adorable! My mom found this in one of the many gifts shop in Main Street USA. We love Chip and Dale so we just had to have it. It comes with an additional pair of earring, the orange diamond thingy :P

But wait! Don't leave! Before I say Ta-ta, I just wanna show you what my Mom bought today.
Chibi Maruko Bags!
Chibi Maruko is a famous Japanese cartoon. I LOVE her! My sister and I have been big fans of her since I was 6 or 7? And my sister, since she was 8 or 9 :p
Anyways we LOVVEEEEE her!
So my mother spotted this red authentic bag in the flea market and she bought it! Yippeee! I love the color, it's very authentic and the main color of Chibi Maruko, so great buy great buy!

This one is the mini bag specially for water bottles or flasks. It doesn't come with the other bag though, my mom had to buy it separately. It ain't a combo set or something :P
Love them!
So cute! I bring food from home for recess at school. So I could use this as a snack bag or something.

Treasure and Apple Chunks

I have such a RANDOM title. I hope you don't mind. I just wanted to be funky for my titles today ;D

Anyway, here's just a completely random post. I wanna show my favorite earrings that I just recently got. Here's a pic.

I bought it from Accessorize, it's a small accessory store at KLCC, Kuala Lumpur. It was a bit pricey but worth it. I love the English look! It's a good buy :) It's mismatched pairs of earrings but I love it! I wore it to school and boy, there were so many compliments :P

P.S It costs RM60.00 which is $20? :P

Now for the Apple chunks which means Apple Applications...I just wanted to make a cool name :P
My older sister bought these 2 apps; Rilakkuma Wallpaper and Hello Kitty Wallpaper

This Rilakkuma Wallpaper app costs $2.99 if I'm not mistaken. These two apps are basically full of photos for your home or lock background. They're super cute! But it may seem completely useless for some people but I think it's so cute ;D

The Hello Kitty app is slightly cheaper but there are more wallpapers in here than the Rilakkuma one. So this one is more worth it. There are other Sanrio characters' wallpapers too.

HK Disneyland: Part 1: Welcome to HK Disneyland

So finally here's my delayed post about my trip to Hong Kong Disneyland last Christmas! I'll be posting this is parts. So this is part 1! Titled; Welcome to Hong Kong Disneyland!
The first sign you'll see at the long walk to the main entrance of the park. I felt SUPER EXCITED when I saw this sign the first day of the whole trip (I went to the park for 2 days :D) The moment you step down from the shuttle bus (that takes you to the park), Disney songs start playing everywhere, even in the washrooms! There's such a strong magical feeling in Disneyland, that I just LOVE :)

Let the magic begin! :)

Reached the famous Mickey and Friends mountain. Mickey is basically on the top of the blowhole of the whale, then water squirts up, lifting Mickey. I love this fountain!

This picture is IN the park. Look at the really tall and BEAUTIFUL Christmas tree! :)

Love how the building leans against the blue blue sky. It was a good day!

Okay, this is OUTSIDE the park. Sorry for the crazy sequence :P This is where we reached the ticketing counter and the entrance counter (where the security team checks your bags so that no one brings something illegal like a BOMB and BOMB the whole place down xD) It was quite a long walk to the entrance!

The four of us, feeling rather tired after the long walk to the entrance :P TIP: Come EXTRA early!! Otherwise you'll have to take a long walk PLUS wait in the LOOOOONG queue to enter.

Now on to the rides! (We did rush to rides and shows because we didn't want to wait in line for very long. The crowd would normally come in mid-morning so we rushed to rides earlier so we could play over and over again before the crowd arrived.)

I forgot the exact name of this show. But it's the best show in the park.
Roughly, I may be correct after all, this is Mickey's Philharmagic 3D!
This 3D show is simple awesome. You have got to watch it if you ever visit HK Disneyland.
I can't show you shots of the show because STRICTLY NO Cameras allowed :(
Me, my older sister and Grace posing with our 3D Glasses :P I'm the one on the left, can't see my face :P This was taken a few minutes before the show. The doors won't be opened immediately so we have to wait outside.

Mad Hatter's Spinning Tea Cups
Okay, this used to be my favorite ride but this trip, I felt really sick really fast. I was still spinning even after the ride ended. I felt really sick ><
I just love the colors of the cups! They remind me of Easter eggs :P

After several rides on other mini games like The Buzz Lightyear Lazer Gun game thingy we decided to take a stroll as the crowd had come rushing in like a swam of bees :P P.S, if you come extra early as in probably 8:45 am or something. It depends on the time they open. I'm not sure about this but I think the park opens in different times in different seasons. So anyway, if you come early (before the huge crowd), you can play games without having to queue for like...11 rounds of each ride. Yes! That's a lot :P

BACK to the stroll. Snapped some pics here and there. This is the day view of the lovely Sleeping Beauty's Castle. Picture perfect.
Since it was Christmas, they set up a small area of stores (you can't actually go in). I think it's called Duffy's (Disney's bear mascot :P) Village or something. So you can take pictures outside these decorations. But you can't go in, 'cos there's basically nothing inside :P
The pretty flowers by Duffy's Village. What I love about Disneyland is that they create such a magical atmosphere. There's always lovely flowers everywhere. A+ for their landscaping!
While walking, a mini band parade was performing! :) The band actually goes around the whole park playing their trombones and trumpets and everything. So joyful! :)
I'm so sorry, but this will be the end of part 1!
I need to retrieve more pictures from my cameras. I will DEFINITELY put up Part 2! Perhaps tomorrow, but ASAP :)

Fashion Icon Number 2!

Hyomin! Currently the band leader of the famous T-ara, a South Korean Girl band known for their hits, Bo Peep Bo Peep, I Go Crazy Because of You, Yayaya and Roly Poly! I'm a very big fan of Hyomin, I love her fashion. She always seems to look pretty no matter what the style is; elegant and feminine, comfortable and casual, or sexy! She is the rapper of T-ara and she has starred in her new horror movie, Gisaeng Ryung.

I always look forward to the pretty and cute selcas she posts on Twitter (I am not a stalker, I am just a big fan!) :P I love her hats too! :) Hyomin has a cute and sassy image. I think she looks good no matter what she wears!

I love this white dress! It's so feminine and sweet.

Honestly, I found this dress a bit weird and unique but surprisingly, Hyomin looks good in it :)

A Walk To Remember

I was looking through my camera roll, like I always do. And there were lot's of lovely and silly pictures my sister snapped of us so I thought I should share them on my blog. These pictures were taken in Sri Damai or Clearwater Sanctuary in Ipoh. We were taking a little stroll and enjoying the fresh air. The outdoors was nice, enjoyed great views but we didn't enjoy the mosquitoes feasting on our blood :P

Park Han Byul is a South Korean actress (now she debuted as a singer too!) famous for her beauty. I personally like her because she's so pretty! I like her casual yet stylish fashion. She's currently in a public relationship with famous South Korean singer Se7en! I just had to include a picture of both of them :P I think they're a good couple :) She also starred in Se7en's 'I'm Going Crazy' MV.

This is my first hat :)
That's me in the checkered-dress. Yes, the sunflower hat was my first hat! I hope my Mom still keeps it. I used to wear it everywhere :D Haha, I love my sister's expression in this picture :D

Honestly, I didn't use to own a lot of hats. I went everywhere with my sunflower hat, my only hat. But suddenly, I've formed a love for hats!! Especially caps. I own a Man.U cap, with autographs of the players, I don't really care so much on the autographs but all my boy schoolmates just envy me! :P

Thursday Update

Oh it's such a gloomy day today :(

Well, this is such a FAIL pic, it doesn't look gloomy here :P But the sky has been pouring since morning.
Went to school and to my horror found out I failed two tests! Uggh, it's back to the drawing board again, I'll have to revise more now :P
It was a very sleepy day at school, everyone was sleeping in their desks!! I was so shocked!
Nothing's ever happened like that at school :P So it was a slumber party at school today ;D

Some kids were sick due to eating too much durian. For some of you who doesn't know what durian is, here's a pic! (Although I doubt anyone won't know what it is. It's famous for being the stinkiest fruit on Earth xD)
I know a lot of people who just HATES durian. Some people puke when they take a whiff of the aroma of the Durian (King of Fruits in Malaysia) but most people in Malaysia and probably some other countries in Asia, loves Durian! Like me! Yes, I am a fan of Durian. But it's full of fat so I don't eat much often. Some people think it's just plan disgusting, but I think not! Do you like Durian? If you ever tasted Durian, tell me your thoughts ;D

I was on Tumblr just a few seconds ago and look what I found! :)
That's the ADORABLE girl in Despicable Me! What's her name again? Was it Margaret or something? Oh wells, totally forgotten :/ That's a real girl in the above pic by the way, doesn't she look exactly like the cartoon? Haha, so uber cute :DD

Check out Little Sammy's Crib! Awesome right? He slept over and stole all my soft toys and arranged it very neatly on his bed. He called it the Solar Panel bed because of the 19 (or was it 24? Now that's alot!) pillows along the sides of his bed like solar panels.

A Winnie the Pooh Childhood

I'm reminiscing my childhood days once again. What was your favorite Disney character when you were a wee kid? I love the question! I loved Winnie the Pooh! I used to read the books, watch the movies and series all day long when I was still a preschooler. I loved Christopher Robin and his strong faithful touching friendship with his Silly Old Bear, POOH! :)

FACT: I used to shout 'Christophobin!' (my little kid pronunciation of Christopher Robin) standing up on my bed every morning. My mom was so fascinated by my cute pronunciation and habit that she made me repeat it over and over again. I'm known for my sensitive behavior so I got mad quickly and easily when she kept asking me to repeat over and over again :P

I had a little Winnie the Pooh bear, I had lots but there was one which was my favorite and according to my opinion, looked most like Winnie the Pooh than the rest of the other dolls. This is a bit embarrassing (but I want to record my funny kid stories on the blog), one night I took my little bear along with me to the loo and suddenly I heard a "PLOP!" sound and to my horror I found my poor Pooh floating inside the toilet bowl. I almost cried! My mom came to check on me and she was so surprised, I was mad at myself and she was mad at me a little too :P But it soon became all just a funny memory and joke! :D

Oh I have a thousand memories with my Pooh. I had great sympathy on Piglet as he was always so scared of nearly everything that happened. I thought Rabbit was a female. Roo (baby kangaroo) was so adorable to me. I never understood what Eeyore (donkey) mumbled. Tigger was a big cheer-up bouncing everywhere he went. I loved them all!

There are probably so many people out there who watched and loved Pooh and his gang since they were young. If you had any memories of your Pooh adventure days :P or with any favorite Disney character at all, please do tell me! :)

I'm such a fan of vintage things! I love everything vintage when it comes to cars, fashion, food packaging, anything! :) It's my dream to collect vintage stuff, I have a few vintage books and records that were once property of my mother (I call it Back When I Was Young) :P and some were from my uncle, he collected albums and records. I Googled pictures of vintage things that I would like to hunt down and keep when I grow up.

Location: HK Disneyland
Title: The Last Day of Magic

Picture 1: Oh no! It's kind of blur here. Sorry for the blurness, shaky hands :P This was the elegant Christmas Tree sitting in the lobby of Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel. It made the whole room filled with the Christmas spirit.

Picture 2: Another blur picture, sorry! The beautiful sight of Sleeping Beauty's Castle (in Hong Kong, it's Sleeping Beauty's castle. I heard in America, it's suppose to be Cinderella's Castle) It was Christmas so they hung beautiful blue lights all over it. It lit the dark sky. It was sort of sentimental as we took one last look at the famous castle. It was our last night so it was sentimental, I'm weird like that :P

Picture 3: Dinner time! We ate before we went back to the theme park for our final Firework show. This is the picture of the kid's meal. My older sister and cousins (Grace and Samuel) ordered the kids meal (xD you can actually do that even if you aren't a kid). The mickey mouse shaped Mango pudding was the highlight of the whole thing, yum yum!

What's your favorite candy?

Mine has to be the LOLLIPOPS.

I love chewing or bubble gums too, but I hate how they lose their taste after awhile, it irritates me!

I think marshmallows are cute, they have a nice soft texture, and I love how they look like little bouncy blocks but I don't really like how they taste. Sorry Marshmallow-fans :P However I do love IU's Marshmallow! ^^ She's an excellent korean pop singer by the way :)

I love cotton candy too! But it's practically made of sugar sugar sugar which is the main ingredient of candies that spoil us, but we human being stubborn just can't stop our love for candy, no? :P I used to think cotton candy were made out of magic dust that would be poured in to the spinning machine thing and *pop* comes out a Cotton Candy, the magic cloud candy on a stick.

But nothing beats Lollipops for me :)
I like licking them till the coloring on them gets stuck on my tongue, which I, very childishly, find it very very fascinating. I like taking pictures of my colored tongue (I don't want to post them here, it would be disgusting and embarrassing :P). I love the sight of my tongue being magically BLUE, GREEN, PURPLE, or the colors of the rainbow! :P

Part 2 of my camera journal! :) so yes, this is going to be a picture spam post :)

I call this CHRISTMAS :)

Picture 1: I love this view! No it's not exactly breathtaking, but it's the night view of Bangkok City from my hotel. This was during Christmas, back in 2009. I love going to Bangkok, it's like my second home. What do I do there? Shopping! I recommend Bangkok as a awesome shopping destination!

Picture 2: Part two of the night view.Some of the buildings put up special lights at night that looks very nice. There was even a building (not in the picture) that had a electric light banner thingy that wished everyone in the city "Merry Christmas", I loved that!

Picture 3: Central World Plaza! See the TALL Christmas tree there? The plaza always put up Christmas trees everywhere every Christmas. This was the tallest. My dad took this picture from the Skywalk Bridge that links the shopping mall to the train station, very convenient!

Picture 4: This was taken inside the mall, I love the huge soldier :D At night there was a band dressed up as soldiers marching by playing Christmas carols with huge trumpets and drums
making the shoppers smile.

Hey guys!

So i posted quite a long update yesterday. I'm just gonna make a simple photo spam today. I've been looking through pictures my dad took with my camera during occasions from last year, 2010.
It's a very random post full of random pictures by the way :P

I can't really confirm that these pictures are REALLY from 15th April but I have a strong feeling I'm right!

Picture 1: A close-up on Rachel's (my older sister) birthday cake, or cupcake :) cute right? It's homemade and low-fat. My mom is a baking genius :D

Picture 3: Rachel with her big braces smile. She saw me posting this picture but thank God she didn't kill me. She must've been quite happy with this picture :P

Location: Clear Water Sanctuary @ Ipoh, Perak.
I can't state the date because I can't remember when this was but it must've be somewhere in JUNE.
Apologizing for my blurness :P

Picture 1: Isn't the view lovely? Well you can't exactly see it clearly from this pic. But this is the view of the lake from my chalet's balcony. It always gives me an enchanting feeling :p That's my lovely Grandma smiling and posing for the camera during lunch time. Next to her is my dear Grandfather looking at another camera :P My dad, my uncle and my sister were like paparazzis snapping pictures of my grandparents!

Picture 2: Ahh now you can see the view clearer here! It's beautiful but it looks better when you're really there :p Grandparents enjoying fresh air while eating yummy Japanese Curry Raisu (rice :P)

Picture 3: That was my hand pointing at my sister :P She looks puny from here. I love my nails :P
