Blog Challenge Day 11

Yes, today's international greeting is English! :D

Today I'm back on my blog to complete today's challenge! Today shall be Day 11!

The Topic is....
What's in Your Makeup Bag?

I don't normally bring my make-up bag wherever or whenever I go out (mainly because I don't wear make-up outside very often) but I do carry one when I'm on vacation :) I bring the basic stuff such as:

1) My Maybelline Clear Smooth BB Cream
2) Natural Collection's Duo Eyeshadow in Cocoa/Strawberry
I bring along this particular eyeshadow because I find that the colors are very convenient and natural. When I do wear make-up outside, I usually stick to natural shades.
3) Etude House Miss Tangerine Lip Tint
I like wearing lip tints more than lipsticks or lipglosses for some reason. And I love the mild orangey-reddish shade it gives to my lips, it doesn't LOOK so striking which is good because I don't like my lips to look so striking and bright.
4) Garnier Skin Naturals in Beige
I'm currently using Garnier's compact powder, so far I have no problems with it.
5) Silky Girl Double Intense Gel Liner in Pure Black
I'm happy with this gel liner, the applicator is useful and it glides on very well.

Day 7: Your Dream Wedding

Hello! :)

I'm back! I know I've been MIA for awhile but I'm back to resume my blog challenge. I came back from my Bangkok vacation about a couple of weeks ago (I will do a separate post about my trip or maybe a Bangkok haul post later). I meant to write this post and catch up with my followers earlier but on Tuesday which was 4 days ago I had a pain attack at my Pancreas area. For those readers who are new to my blog, I've had pancreatitis since the age of 7...I wrote a little about my history of pancreatitis in a post (quite a long time ago), click 'post' if you wanna read it.

Anyways, I recovered very fast, the pain lasted only around a whole day. I discharged yesterday and I was thinking to myself "Okay, it's time I wrote again on my blog." :p I feel like I haven't wrote in AGES!

I'll be resuming my Blog Challenge. Today's (Day 7 of my blog challenge) topic is:
Your Dream Wedding

Whenever the word 'wedding' appears in my mind, the next word I think of is 'simple'. I've seen several movies where brides go crazy trying to make their wedding 'grand' and 'perfect'. But to me, I want my wedding that will be memorable, simple and sweet. Nothing to fancy or grand.

I'd like the wedding to be held somewhere outdoor, somewhere with a breathtaking view, somewhere with lots of trees :D (I love trees) Definitely somewhere sunny yet shady because I am one who hates sweating and getting under the sun :P

I read at a website that the largest wedding attendance was a Jewish wedding in Jerusalem where 30,000 people attended. In my wedding, I'd like a small attendance where just our closest families and friends would come. A small happy gathering.

The wedding dress, I always felt that the wedding dress is the most important thing that a bride needs to think about (and I'm sure it's true). For me, following the theme 'simple', I would love to wear a simple yet sweet gown. I've noticed that nowadays brides are wearing mini wedding dresses which I'm not a fan of. I'd like to follow the tradition of wearing a long wedding dress, but minus the train because I feel like it's sort of a nuisance :P

Basically, I'd like my wedding to be a memorable day where I'd look back and smile. I hope I was able to interpret my wedding ideas well. Hopefully, you can get a little idea of what I'd like :) And I really hope that in the future God blesses me with a special someone and I hope to have the perfect 'simple' wedding in the future <333

Day 3: Your Idea of the Perfect First Date

Day 3 :D

So today's topic is My Idea of the Perfect First Date. Honestly, I've never thought about this before... so this really is a CHALLENGE :)
Believe or not, I'm not a girl who's in to LOVE or puppy love :) I think at my age, I should just concentrate on my studies. But I'll share what I think my ideal first date would be like x)

My perfect first date would be like a day out with my best-friend. I would want to go out and do the things that I would do with my best-friend. The perfect date would be definitely not fancy, but fun. I'd like to do something exciting, like go see a comedy and the cinema or visit an amusement park! :D

I'm not good when it comes to LOVE so excuse-me. I already feel awkward talking about this topic. I hope I get more comfortable with the topic, LOVE :D As I am no longer a child ;)

30 Day Blog Challenge! Day 1

Hey peeps!


The first day of my 30 day blog challenge has come :D Before I start, I just wanna ask those bloggers out there, if you ever see this post and if you've done a blog challenge before, are there any rules to follow? :P I'm still so new to this whole challenge thing, so if there are rules, just comment below :)

Day 1: Your Favorite Song

I have a million favorite songs! It's so hard to choose which is my most favorite because it keeps changing from time to time. I change my favorite song almost every month.
I decided to show a list of songs that I never get tired of, I guess you can say, these are my favorite songs:

1) Anchor- Mindy Gledhill
I first heard this song at a blog and I immediately fell in love with it. It's a very slow and calm song, I love to listen to slow songs like these. I love the lyrics, it's very touching and inspiring.

2) Dream- Priscilla Ahn
I came to know this song through a movie, some of you may know it, 'Bride Wars' the comedy that starred Anne Hathaway and Kate Hudson. I love this song because it reminds me of my childhood when I had so many dreams. Again, it's sort of a slow and calm song, my kind of song. It's relaxing to me.

3) In Christ Alone- Owl City
I'm a Christian and there are so many worship songs but I think this one has to be my all time favorite. The lyrics are just remarkable and always reminds me of how much Jesus cares and loves me. I always listen to this song whenever I feel down, it rejuvenates me.

4) IU's You and I
I am a big fan of IU, for those of you who haven't heard of her or have heard of her but don't know who she is. She's a very famous young K-Pop idol, she has an amazing voice and a pretty face :) I love to listen to her songs, every one of them. But this one called You and I, which is her latest, has won it's place as my most favorite! I never get bored of it and I doubt I will in the future.

5) Enchanted by Taylor Swift
I am a total swiftie (nickname for a Taylor Swift fan), I love her voice and I love the songs she write. To me, there's always a certain feature, how do I say it? A little bit of her in every song? :P I'm bad at describing things. But what I mean is that, all her songs are almost the same but different. It's confusing, I know. However, Enchanted is my favorite! I love the word Enchanted and once I saw it on her Speak Now album tracklist, I immediately listened to Enchanted first. The lyrics are very enchanting and cute. Taylor Swift has many many good songs, but Enchanted is the one I think is best.

Well, I could go on and on about my favorite songs because the list just never ends, it's always updated every month which made it a CHALLENGE for me to talk about today's topic. Now I see why they called it a 'Blog Challenge' :P

Name your favorite song: I have so many, so this is a tough one. I like bubbly, jazzy kinda songs. I love KPop, ballads, country and definitely Christian music.

What pisses you off: People who don't mean what they say and people who suddenly get mad with no good reason.

When you're upset: I scream into a pillow and start punching it :P

Your best feature: My eyes, I think my eyes are in an almond shape which is different. And my toes according to my Mother.

Everyday attitude: I start my day declaring that Jesus is Lord over my life. And I try to stay cool the whole day if possible.

Guilty pleasure: Peeling my nails, it's a terrible habit but I stopped xD

1. I love to break candy or chocolate bars secretly in little shops or pharmacies that sell them. But lemme tell you, I stopped doing that too! It's bad xD

2. I brush up my Korean language skills by talking to myself in Korean. Like cussing :P I don't cuss. Just words like "Gawsh!", "So Frustrating", "Kill you!" xP

3. I love pillows, I have baby pillows lying all around my bed. I just love hugging them to sleep.

4. I always love rainy and gloomy days.

5. I sometimes check wardrobes to see if I could get to Narnia just like a kid.

6. I love inventing machines, designs, food, fashion, so many other things!

7. I'm stronger, braver and smarter than I think I am.
